Looking for a flexible and adaptable solution for your supply or exhaust air projects, especially for your caravan? Then the ModularFlow Connect System is just right for you! I have designed this innovative, 3D-printable system to give you maximum freedom in designing your ventilation.
The system is specifically designed for ventilation applications, with a module inner diameter of 51.50 mm and a module outer diameter of 56.50 mm to ensure optimal integration.
What makes the ModularFlow Connect System so special?
- Fully modular: Each part has been designed to seamlessly connect with every other part. Whether straight pieces, angles, T-pieces or end pieces – the possibilities are endless!
- Easy assembly: The modules are connected via four robust holes, perfectly suited for M4 threaded inserts (heat-set inserts). To screw the modules together, you need M4x12 screws. This allows you to securely screw the parts together and ensure a stable construction.
- Versatile connections: In addition to screwing, hoses can be fixed to the round connections with hose clamps, which greatly simplifies integration into existing systems or use as pure hose guidance.
- Adaptable and expandable: Whether you need a complex air ducting system for your electronics housing, an extraction system for your workshop or individual ventilation for your caravan ventilation system – with this modular kit you are well equipped.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE HEAT DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUR APPLICATION!
Recommended print settings for optimal results:
- Material: For best durability and temperature resistance I recommend PETG or even better ASA.
- Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Walls/Perimeter: 4 walls for optimal strength and tightness.
- Infill: 15-20% Gyroid infill for good stability with efficient material consumption.
- Slicer settings (tubes): For the round tube sections, I recommend using the Arachne engine in your slicer to achieve an optimal and even surface finish.
- Support structures: Supports are required depending on the specific model and its overhangs. Please check the preview in your slicer.
