Description

Gasket Designed for the Kymco Venox 250 (MAY be compatible with the Honda magna 250, as the bike is based upon it)
for the Left side engine Crankcase (where the Stator is located)
Designed for TPU 95A - likely to work with most hardness levels if they have the same temperature resistance

IMPORTANT - THIS REQUIRES A SMOOTH PLATE - a textured plate may not seal properly!
set your flow Value to ~ 0.05 HIGHER than the default, you want some over extrusion to increase the water-tightness of the print

TESTED WITH ELEGOO TPU 95A - this is not added in the 3mf file since makerworld does not allow custom filaments to be uploaded, please ensure you have configured your TPU properly .

I have tested this on my bike, it is holding with the temperature seen there so far, see the_eddies video on youtube for proof - TPU actually works for Valve Cover Gaskets - seems it works for this too, as it has held for over a month for me so far.

Note-
the original gasket is horseshoe shaped - this however causes a minor leak of oil at high RPM near the factory  Stator cable O-ring- as this gasket is much thicker than the factory one to seal properly, causing the stator cable rubber ring to not seat with enough force against the engine block.
To resolve this, i have modified the gasket to be a full circle with a slightly thinner part near the Stator cable, still - you may want to dab some gasket maker/sealant silicone around the area to be sure.
