This is a replacement handle for the jack on my covered trailer. It is made so that the central core goes over the bolt and the outer handle can free spin around the core. It is recommended to use either PETG or PCTG for this print thought PLA may work and once printed to use a pipe wrench to break the outer handle from the core piece.
