Obi Eurobox Handle Cover
Print Profile(4)

Description
A cover for the handles of Obi Euroboxes
I have tested it so far on the 60x40 and 40x30 versions of the box
There are 2 versions:
V1 (pictures 4 - 5): One piece. It does not fit quite as snugly and can be pushed into the box when carried
To use the handles, the blocker must be pushed into the box from the inside
V2 (pictures 1-3): Consists of 2 parts, the handle blocker and a holder
It is a bit more difficult to insert but fits considerably better
Depending on the print bed adhesion, it might be advisable to print with brim or MouseEars. For me, it also worked well without
Of V2, there are 3 variants that differ in the length of the upper retaining tab
I recommend printing the variant with the medium retaining tab and testing it on your own boxes, then printing the longer or shorter variant if necessary
For assembly, first push the handle blocker into the box from the inside
Then push the holder upright into the handle blocker from the outside. Then rotate it so that the tab is behind the handle blocker inside the box. The last part of the rotation can be a bit difficult, calmly apply some force
If it doesn't work, I also have the model Holder short V2 as an alternative. That makes it a bit easier

Changes or suggestions for improvement are welcome
I would be very happy about feedback. Thank you very much
