Help protect a loved one with this extremely loud dual tone micro emergency whistle, hiding in plain sight on a necklace or keychain disguised as a cross! Less than 3g, only takes a few minutes to print but can easily reach over 100dBA!

Scaling tested pretty good between 85 to 120%, but 110% was set to default for reliablity and shrieking sound. Printed dimensions are aprox 1.4" x 1.2" x 0.30" (46mm x 6mm x 1.8mm.) Jump rings between 8 and 14mm will work, along with 0.5 and 1 inch split rings.

To be printed facedown so the finish side is textured to match your choice of build plate.

Other Issues:It is very hard to get a good seal and blow the whistle.

A good seal? are you referring to bed adhesion or layer cohesion? I assure you it's not the print profiles fault, I've printed over a hundred of them now on 5 different brands of printers in over 20 different brands of filament. But I'll more than gladly help you overcome whatever issue you may be having to have a successful print. First up, are you using the provided print profile without changing anything except for filament brand and color on the left top side of Bambu Studio? The default 3 wall, 45 degree overhang are important. And needlessly using the paint bucket to change colors could of missed a small edge.
