Description

Years back I created and posted an e-match to visco fuse connector after I could not get any in time for the Forth of July. I got a request to create an e-match to quick match (professional fireworks fuse.) This is the new model. It is designed to fit the red shield and e-match that works with the BILUSOCN Electric Igniters that work with their remote firing system (red cover and orange wires). 

 

The specifications, based on what I found at a pyro supply site: The maximum width of the quick fuse is 13 mm, the thickness is 4 mm.
The diameter of the hole under the electric igniters is 6.5 mm. The quick fuse must be fixed with masking tape.

 

When printing, you can choose to use a brim for better adhesion to the print deck. I used one with the transparent PETG but used glue stick on the textured PEI plate to print the PLA version.

nice work! can you upload the ematch to visco connector? I have some but it’s still cool to print your own. also, you have any visco to visco T connectors?

Glad to hear it. I was looking up some fusing techniques on Google the other day and my model on Thingiverse and Cults3d. Glad something I made is helping pyrotechnicians elsewhere too!
