This bracket prevents the chair from sliding backward during braking.

The walls where the roller is inserted are extra high and strong to prevent the roller from popping out.

The bracket is two-piece and can be extended to the perfect distance with an extension piece.

It is best to measure your preferred distance from the pedal edge to the roller and choose the appropriate extension.

Without extension, the distance is 14 cm.

If a suitable extension is not available, please feel free to send me a direct message or a comment.

If a distance of 14 cm suits you, I would recommend my first version.

Simply click on the image or heading to access the version.

My older version without extension.

Prints well in PETG, however the thinning of the height to get under the pedals makes a weak spot that my DiRT braking ended up shearing at. I do get it needs to be thin to get under and not raise the pedals too much, and for all I know I may apply brake heavier than others, so I can't blame the design too much. May try it again in other materials in the future, see if I can find one that takes the tensioning force better, as the seat wheel half is still in one piece with zero issues.

It works great, I couldn't imagine it would be this effective I thought it would take several pieces to lock all five wheels, but who would have thought that just one piece works so well, firmly securing both the pedal and the chair I overestimated my leg length I printed several different lengths, but it turns out that not using any extensions at all was the best length for me My computer chair is an IKEA MATCHSPEL, but I believe it will work with other models as well

It worked very well and was very sturdy. I kicked the brake multiple times, pushing it beyond what the game requires. I only felt the lack of a somewhat intermediate size, so I printed two 4cm ones and they turned out good, but it would be nice to have one with 8cm, 10cm... because it jumps directly from 4cm to 15cm

Last one I printed broke while using it during Assetto Corsa Rally. The extendable portion and the strength of this are a substantial improvement.
