Side legs for ICOM IC-7760 RF Deck

Legs that allow the RF Deck of the IC-7760 to be placed on its side instead of flat.

The legs raise the deck by 30mm to ensure airflow, including to the side ventilation hole.

Note: leg is longer on one side than another since deck is standing near wall here.
