Hello,
Attached you will find an air vent system for an air conditioner.
It prints in two parts and features slots for sliding in the hose nozzle. A 30 x 20 cm opening is required. For my part, insertion was a little difficult, as the air conditioner hose nozzle was almost too wide, slightly separating the two parts of the printed piece.
Slides are provided on the model: the tubing nozzle inserts directly, requiring no glue or screws.
For the wooden board:
I measured the horizontal opening of the window, then went to Leroy Merlin to purchase the board. I requested a custom cut, both for the board size and for the 30 x 20 cm opening.
⚠️ To avoid any fitting problems, you can request a slightly larger opening: 30.2 x 20.2 cm. This will ease insertion of the piece, but it will no longer be held as firmly.
