Description

2024-02-29: Loosened up the ends, so they slide on easier. Added on snap on clips to keep the parts together.

 

The last Google Nest Hub Mount I made was remixed from other people's mounts. It was specific to US outlets and was designed to match Decora Outlet plates.

 

This new one is completely outlet agnostic. You can use it with European plugs as well, and it doesn't replace your outlet plate at all. The Nest Hub hangs directly from the outlet. It has a straight version as well as an angled version.

I really enjoy this print! One of the most functional I’ve made! I used one of the print profiles that used a nut and bolt to create a swiveling design and it’s perfect for our kitchen. I had to find an outlet that was “tight,” like that wasn’t loose when holding in the prongs. I like how the outlet above is still useable. USA P1P Sunlu PLA+

I love it! the support was kind of hard to get out but everything eventually worked out. Seems very stable.

It works great and I am very pleased. the print quality could be improved, the print left some filament behind that needed to be cleaned up and the supports were troublesome to remove. Other than that, great design!

I love it! Very good model and sturdy. Now I can use this outlet in my kitchen in a weird place, but for the Nest it is perfect!

Works great and looks great. It even allows for a small charging block above. Do not recommend in PLA clips don't clip well.

Simple but functional design. I printed it in PLA Tough from Bambu Lab. Keep in mind that it will cover both outlets. If it’s inserted in the bottom outlet it will lean forward and may fall out. The parts are snug but I used a rubber mallet like recommended. No other hardware needed.
