Description
This is a self-made two-way 3.5-inch HIFI passive mini speaker, named NIGHTINGALE.
"Highs are sweet, mids are accurate, and lows are deep"
High and low frequency dual units + passive diaphragm + bass reflex port (size and shape enhanced for bass using deepseek calculation)
Material list is included in the attached document.
Assembly steps:
1.Install the tweeter and woofer to the unit flange.

2.Install the passive diaphragm and flange (universal flexible shaft screwdriver extension rod can be used).Note: Screws for the passive unit must be M3*5 screws, the remaining screw holes are M3*10


3.Paste damping plates inside the speaker (optional component), ensuring that at least 30% of each surface is covered.

4.Solder the terminal blocks to the crossover board, approximately 8cm of wire.
5.Solder and leave the tweeter (18cm) and woofer (14cm) wires to the crossover board, install the crossover board and 2PIN terminal blocks.

6.Install the bass reflex port.

7.Solder the tweeter and woofer connection wires.
8.Install the unit group flange.
9.Install the speaker grille logo and the speaker grille (first install three corner groups, then press hard on one corner).
