Simple and Modular Sliding Rail System

Fixed Part 🟦

The system comprises a male-female main rail (central element), which you can extend to your desired length.
At the rail end (optional), you can add a single male or female end cap for a cleaner finish.

Mobile Part  🟧

The sliding part (the slider) can be duplicated as needed for your mobile component.

Note:

  • If you modify the scale of the rail or sliders, be sure to adjust all parts simultaneously.
  • For horizontal use (like a door), two options:
    • Constrain the mobile part between two rails (top and bottom).
    • Or ensure that gravity is sufficient to keep the slider in the rail.

Printing & Usage Tips:

  • Apply a little WD40 before use; otherwise, sliding may be difficult.
  • Adapt your screws to the chosen scale and the weight of the mobile part.
  • Keep supports enabled and print in high quality (0.12 or better) to minimize friction.

🟧🟦The blue and orange colors are only for easy understanding. Use the colors you want!🟦🟧
