Card Vault 2.0 - Giftcard Puzzle Giftbox

My latest puzzlebox design! The CARD VAULT 2.0 Giftcard Giftbox! 

Because my most popular model was the Japanese Puzzlebox Giftcard Giftbox, I decided to create a more simple, sleeker design! This puzzlebox has one clever hidden way to open the box. The box is a few millimeters bigger than the giftcard itself, so it is a super slim design and a fun way to gift someone a simple giftcard. 

It's easy to print with the standard setup, with no additional parts or glueing! Just print the two plates, insert the giftcard and close the box! It's that simple and fun. The recipiant will have a somewhat difficult time to figure out to open the box. But it isn't too difficult so it's really fun. 

PS. And its LESS THAN 50 GRAMS! So it's cheap too!

Attention:
This model contains moving parts and relies on tight tolerances. It is strongly recommended to print using a relatively new or well-maintained nozzle. Worn or heavily used nozzles may result in inaccurate prints, which can cause parts to fuse together or fail to meet the required tolerances. This may prevent components from moving correctly or cause them to become stuck.

Print instructions:

1. Print the 2 plates (leave the settings and orientation! It is intentional so the mechanism stays better hidden!)
2. No clean-up or glue necessary! Just lay giftcard on the tray in the indent, and insert tray!
3. Pressfit close! 

No additional parts required!
