Description

Adjustable Tablet Holder for Monitor Risers:
Allows you to mount iPads, drawing tablets, portable monitors, or anything else to a monitor riser or a desk shelf, while still having room underneath for keyboard cables, or anything else you need.

Usage:

  • 2 Clamp Options - Compatable with 10~20mm thick shelf & 30~40mm shelfs (can make more if requested)
  • Additional “Holder” Sizes - remodelled to 240mm, or an extender that adds to original parts to give a length of 280mm.
  • The mount clamps to a monitor riser with a screw, can be turned by hand, or with flat blade screwdriver for it to be extra-secure.
  • The tablet mount itself can be adjusted over a range of angles by removing & re-inserting the locking pin. (there could definetly be a better way to do this such that it has more adjustability - remix it if you would like to! )
  • I use this to mount my Huion Kamvas drawing tablet to my monitor riser so that it can easily be used as a second monitor, but also within reach to be drawn on when needed.

  • If you have any questions, concerns, or issues - let me know!

Printing Guide (If not using included print profile):
Its *reccomended* that you print 2 of these to place either side of your tablet (as pictured) for most stability.

  • The Design is NOT Print In Place - seperate all parts before printing.
  • Will probably want to enable supports for the “Desk Mount” part if you print sideways.
  • Brim reccomended for the “locking pin”.
  • The “Tablet Holder” parthas pre-made supports built in for the gap where it connects to the desk mount, make sure you have “detect thin walls” enabled.

Remixing/Alternate Versions:

  • Remixing is allowed & encouraged :D - but be creative! some ideas:
    • Adjusting the clamping mechanism to be more robust.
    • Changing mount to accomodate thicker clamp surfaces.
    • Redesigning the angle adjustment mechanism.
    • Adjusting the tablet holder part to accomodate for more devices
  • Thread size used for clamping screw is M10 x 1.5.
  • I can share CAD files for parts if requested, but do not re-upload these seperately or on any other sites.
  • For small adjustments, I can also remodel these and add a new print profile :)
