Fill Light - Studio Lighting

A portable and functional DIY Fill light. Easy to assemble and easier to use. Choose any light filament color for the diffuser to accommodate your lighting needs!

Hardware needed.

• Bambu's CMYK LED Backlight Board - FAZ007 (Qty 1)
• M3x5x4 Round Threaded Brass Heat-Inserts (Qty 4 needed to mount the LED Backlight Board)
• M3X5 Screws (Qty 4 needed to mount the LED Backlight Board)
• 1/4''- 8x8 Brass Knurled Heat-Inserts (Qty 2 needed to attach to any camera/tripod mount)
• USB C cable (Qty 1 to power the LED Backlight Board)

Tools needed

• Soldering Iron or Lighter (A lighter can be used to heat the insert and press it in with a m3 screw partially threaded.) Here's a link to a cheap 60W/80W Electric Soldering Iron from Aliexpress
• Heat insert tips for soldering iron (these are “nice to have" but are not really required, however, it will make inserting the heat inserts easier.) Here's a link to a cheap set I use.  Heat Insert Nut Iron Tip M2 M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 Brass Thread Embedded Kit from Aliexpress

Assembly Instructions.

Start by pressing in the four M3 heat inserts into the holes on each corner   (Optional) Press in the two ¼-20 8X8 Brass heat inserts, these will allow you to use any tripod/camera mount.
Mount the Backlight Board using the four M3 screws.
Slide in the back light and you're ready to roll.
