Blind Plug — close off any circular opening

Unused drill holes, electrical knockouts, open tube ends in panels or enclosures — this generator gives you a perfectly fitted plug in any diameter. Add grip ribs for a secure press fit without glue.

Cable Feed-Through — lay a cable in, cover up neatly

The cable cutout slot runs from the outer edge of the cap all the way through the plug — just lay the cable in from above. No threading, no notching, no extra grommet needed. The cap covers the opening and guides the cable in one piece.

• Solar / PV installations: cable pass-throughs in mounting rails and frames
• Wall and floor penetrations: tidy cable entry with a finished look

Pro tip — clean two-piece cable entry: Generate two models with this generator and stack them. The outer cap has a large central hole (using the cap holes feature) and sits permanently in the wall opening. The inner cap fits exactly into that hole and carries the cable cutout slot. Result: a professional-looking cable grommet assembly where the inner piece can be removed independently to add or replace cables — without touching the outer frame.

End Cap — protect pipe ends, rods, and threads

Flip the use case: instead of covering a hole, slip the plug over what sticks out. Inner grip ribs hold the cap firmly on threaded rods, bolts, steel tubes, or conduit ends. Solid plug mode seals against dirt and moisture.

Snap-Fit Cover — open and close without tools

Plug wall cutouts turn the plug into a spring-latch fastener: flexible tongues snap behind a ledge inside the hole and release again with a little force. No screws, no clips, no adhesive.

Cap Disc

The flat disc that covers the opening from above.

• Outer radius: 2–200 mm
• Thickness and chamfered outer edge

Plug

The cylindrical sleeve that sits inside the hole and holds the cap in place.

• Radius and wall thickness independently configurable
• Insertion depth up to 50 mm
• Chamfered bottom edge for easy, snag-free insertion
• Solid / blind cap mode: fills the plug interior completely — ideal for sealing pipe ends or unused openings permanently

Outer Grip Ribs

Ribs on the outside of the plug that bite into the hole wall for a secure press fit — no glue needed.

• Up to 20 vertical ribs
• Up to 10 horizontal ring-ribs (support-free printable profile)

Inner Grip Ribs

Ring-ribs on the inside of the plug that grip what is inserted into it from below — turning the cap into an end cap rather than a hole cover. Use it to protect the ends of threaded rods, bolts, steel tubes, conduit, or any round profile against damage, dirt, and moisture. With a tight fit and solid plug mode enabled, it also seals against water ingress.

Plug Wall Cutouts

Slots cut through the plug wall, evenly spaced around the circumference. They create flexible tongue strips that snap behind a ledge inside the hole — turning the plug into a tool-free snap-fit fastener.

• 1–4 cutouts with semicircular rounded ends

Cable Cutout

A radial slot running from the outer edge of the cap all the way through the plug — lay a cable in from above, no threading required.

• Configurable slot width and depth
• Smooth semicircular inner end, cable-friendly

Cap Holes

Circular through-holes punched through the cap disc, evenly distributed on a configurable pitch circle.

• Up to 12 holes
• Configurable hole diameter and placement radius
• Use as ventilation holes, cable pass-throughs, weight-saving cutouts, or as a central opening for the two-piece cable entry assembly
