Overview:
A robust and easy‑to‑print 3D touch probe designed for CNC machines and 3D printers. This compact device enables accurate surface detection, ideal for bed-leveling, Z-height calibration, and workpiece probing.

Key Features:

  • Spring-loaded contact pin for precise, repeatable measurements
  • Compatible with standard 6 mm or 8 mm probe tips
  • No electronic components included – mechanical housing only
  • Mounts easily on most print heads or spindles
  • Compact and lightweight design

Specifications:

  • Outer diameter: ~33 mm
  • Probe tip travel XYZ: ~1 mm

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Print all parts (probe body, cap, contact pin, spring retainer).
  2. Mill the pcb (step file)
  3. Solder the brass balls on the pcb and 2 wire
  4. place the pcb on the btm shell part 
  5. screw in the top a M2.5x6 for holding the spring
  6. insert the Brass Dowel Pin (cut 3 at 9mm lenght)
  7. place the assembly on top of the pcb 
  8. add the needle guide and screw it in
  9. pass the wire in the top shell 
  10. screw in the two shell parts toghether
  11.

on the left hand side is that what I think it is? ATC?? have you got links or more info I would love to know more
