For all electronic DIY and model-making enthusiasts, I have created a jig for building 6S battery packs with 21700 model Li-ion cells. The guide is very simple to print; it consists of only two parts and requires no supports. For assembly, you will need two M5 nuts and two 20mm M5 screws. The M5 nuts should be inserted into the hexagonal recesses at the bottom using pliers; once inserted, they will remain firmly in place. The screws should be inserted into the holes and screwed into the nuts.
