Introduction
Ever lost a plug or scraped your hand on an open pipe edge?
This Insert Plug Generator solves that problem by letting you create perfectly fitting, customizable caps.
Round edges for safety, tight or loose fit options, and optional hollow design make it ideal for sealing, protecting, or finishing pipe ends.

How to Use
- Adjust the parameters to match your pipe dimensions
- Click Download → Download the 3MF file
- Open it in Bambu Studio or your preferred slicer
- Print with recommended materials like TPU or TPE (or other options such as PLA, etc.)
Print Tips
- Place the lip side flat on the build plate for stable printing
- Use 100% infill for strength
- No supports required
- Use a negative fit tolerance (e.g., -0.2 mm) for tight fit
Positive values make the plug larger and tighter
