ComMarker Omni 1 Laser Fume Extractor (100mm / 4")

This is a high-efficiency laser fume extractor vent optimized for 100mm (4") tubing. Originally designed for the ComMarker Omni 1, this part is compatible with any laser bed featuring 25mm spacing and M5 bolts. The mounting holes are spaced 225mm apart (equivalent to nine holes), ensuring a secure and universal fit.

The vent’s mouth opening is perfectly sized for the 150mm x 150mm working area of the Omni 1, but the design is slightly oversized to accommodate larger workspaces if needed.

Printing Recommendations

• Orientation: Print with the bell end facing down for optimal results.
• Supports: Supports are optional for the bolt holes. While not strictly necessary, using them can help ensure a clean, reliable print with minimal impact on print time.
• Settings: Successfully tested with a 0.8mm nozzle and 0.24mm layer height in Sunlu Matte Black PLA. This model is versatile and should print well with a range of materials and nozzle sizes.
