AprilAire 4in Furnace Filter to Standard Filter

This model allows for the conversion of a 4 in wide AprilAire furnace filter holder so that a lower priced standard box filter can be used.  My specific filter size was 25 in x 16 in x 4 in.  The model can be resized in the Z direction to accommodate your specific filter length.  Many filters are longer than the maximum Z height of the printer so several of these can be printed and used together to cover the entire length of the filter.  For the most secure installation I printed enough adapters to cover both the top and bottom of the replacement box filter.
