Description

This toothpick dispenser is a fun and practical way to elegantly offer a toothpick! Just press the button – one toothpick rolls forward and you can easily pick it up. Perfect for the kitchen, your desk, or as a surprising little gift.

Tip: Use high-quality, straight toothpicks – they roll better.

Warning: It’s oddly addictive! 😊

🧩 Included parts:

The model consists of several parts:

  • Outer shell with wood texture
  • Inner mechanism body
  • Button with gear teeth
  • Shaft with a notch for the toothpicks
  • Left and right side panels
  • Shaft holder
  • Spring
  • Toothpick ramp
  • Lid

🛠 Assembly instructions – Push & Pick

1 Assembling the mechanism body:

  • Connect the left side panel to the main body (black part).
  • Insert the shaft with gear into the body.
  • Close the assembly with the right side panel.

2 Preparing and installing the button:

  • Snap together the two parts of the button.
  • The gear teeth on the button must face the side with the small letter T (printed on the button).
  • Insert the button into the shaft holder so that the teeth face inward toward the shaft.
  • Pull the button up to its highest position.
  • Mount the button onto the shaft so that:
    • the arrow on the shaft points upward
    • the gear teeth mesh correctly.
  • Insert the spring under the button so it pushes the button upward.

3 Final assembly:

  • Slide the entire mechanism into the outer shell.
  • Fill the dispenser with toothpicks.
  • Close it with the top lid.
  • Insert the front ramp all the way into the front slot.

🖨 Print information:

  • You can print the inner mechanical parts on a single build plate.
  • The outer body, button, and lid deserve their own plate for the best visible surface quality. 😊

A large toothpick box, exquisitely designed and smoothly operated, but it consumes a lot of filament
