M3x25 SHCS Machine Screw (5PCS) - AA041
M3 Carbon Steel Hex Nut (20PCS) - AB005

Description

Standard screen window wicket/portal for access through the screen. Instead of buying it from somewhere you can how print it in the comfort of your home! The spline groove is significantly different from the ones you can buy off Amazon or Home Depot to fully take advantage of the advances of 3D printing to ensure a tighter more consistent fit and seal as standard to the Parker guidelines:

The spline will be slightly tight when inserting into the window screen, but it will fit, you will have to use quite a bit of force (See below). This groove prevents the spine from popping out.

BOM:

2x SHCS M3x25

2x M3 nuts

Mosquito net screen

.160" Spline

Spine roller (Can be printed from the profile here)

assembly should be pretty self evident. Print in PETG/ABS/ASA in whatever color you want.
