I recently enclosed my a1 mini and needed a purifier, this model perfectly fits Levoit Core mini and Levoit Core mini-P air purifiers. There's no play or looseness. The interface is a standard 120mm fan (computer case fan), equipped with four screw holes, allowing direct mounting of a computer fan for increased airflow, or direct attachment to your enclosure or ductwork. The interface appears slightly angled due to perspective, but it is 90 degrees perpendicular to the ground.

You can print this using your a1 mini! However, do not move the model, as its dimensions are: 179.999 x 179.998 x 155mm; any adjustment will render it unprintable. This might be the largest model your a1 mini will ever print, lol

I have been looking for quite a while for a reasonably priced decent file extractor with HEPA filter and beyond the larger systems there just isn’t anything great out there that I could find. I already owned this air purifier, so this design was perfect. Kudos to the creator!

Hi Qiandao, I don't know if there were design changes to the levoit filter but it seems like this model needs to be around 2mm or so taller because if a filter is inside the top does not close all the way and it has air gaps around the top. I tried two different filters, one OEM and one third party and they both have the same problem. Also if the internal circular part that raises up inside the chamber was 8mm shorter it would allow for a third party carbon filter to be inserted without obstructing the lid. I'm not sure the interior raised circular section needs to be that tall. Photo 1 and 2 shows the gaps with the stock filter installed. Photo 3 shows a carbon filter by OSviper which sticks out too much because of the raise circular floor inside the filter. Photo 4 and 5 shows the size of the gap when closing the lid with the OEM filter. I printed this in Bambu HF PETG, not sure if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the detailed and thorough comments! The reason is that PETG and PETG HF materials have significant sinkage rate after printing, while PLA does not, so the model needs to be scaled up proportionally based on the sinkage rate of PETG. Hope this helps!

This print unlocked a cheap/effective and moddable way to filter both soldering fumes and my P2S when printing ABS/ASA etc!

How did you install it at the P2S? And did you experience any temperature drop in the camber while printing ABS?

I use "P2S Glass Top Cover Riser for External Filtration-by fnatr" with "P2S P1S top cover exhaust 100, 85, 80, 75 mm" and a "3" Duct Adapter for 120mm Fan" that is fitted to the Levoit enclosure, These together with "Ultimate P2S Air Recirculator and Filter -by Supergrapher" makes it so that I can seal in the fumes so to speak and when the print is done I just turn on the Levoit at max for it so filter the fumes. I also standard run it at speed 1 when printing PLA/PETG. Works great for me, also to note is that im using a filtered poopbucket "P2S Air Purification System for Exhaust Air & Poop Chute -by Harry‘s", so eveything that leaves the printer is filtered except the door which is also fitted with a grommit. As long as I keep the Levoit turned off Ive noticed no temp drop. I just close all my vents to the printer nad turn off the Levoit, when print is done turn it to 3 and wait a bit until the stank is gone =)

Fittred this together with a modded "Levoit Core Mini carbon filter cartridge" by OsiViper (Height, 95mm instead of 115mm) also printed a 120mm to 3" flange so I can fit a vent duct on it and connect it to my "fnatr" ducted riser. All in all gucci solution. Whit it being configurable I will aslo use it as MangoKaratre with a 120mm fan for soldering. Thx for the print!!

Hi, i'm wondering how did you reduce the OsiViper carbon cartridge to 95mm height? I have the standard 115mm one and it doesn't fit into this base because the height is lower than the OEM levoit mini base. Happen to have the 3MF or STL for the 95mm height model? Thanks!

I do believe I just scaled it down in the slicer. Can have a looksie when I get home from work.

Ok thanks. Did you notice that the top doesn't close completely with an OEM levoit filter? You can see gaps around the lid with the filter in. I tried a third party filter but it still doesn't close completely, but it does with no filter inside.

how well did this filter out fumes? I just bought one myself but i didn’t think it’d be strong enough for the printer

Just need to create a negative air pressure inside the box no need to really suck out something 💪
