This 3D model is a functional kit for mounting two 92 mm Noctua fans on the external ventilation grilles (top or bottom) of a Thetford absorption refrigerator in a motorhome. Due to its compact dimensions, the fans fit all ventilation grille sizes. Active ventilation optimizes air circulation in the cooling area and significantly improves cooling performance at high ambient temperatures.

The design is precisely tailored to Noctua fans and offers a stable, precisely fitting mount that is mounted directly behind the upper or lower ventilation grille in the vehicle's outer wall. The airflow supports the chimney effect or, if necessary, forces the hot air out of the ventilation duct.

• 1× Temperature control (e.g. PWM Fan Speed Control from Amazon)
• 12× M3 Heat-Inserts (brass threaded inserts for plastic)
• 8× M3×12 screws (for fan mounting)
• 4× M3×8 screws (for mounting on the frame)
• 4× M3 washers (for mounting on the frame)
• 1x Power cable (for connecting the controller to the fans)

🧱 Printing information:

For use in the warm ventilation duct of the refrigerator, heat-resistant materials should be used:

• PETG or ASA
• Wall thickness and infill are specially adjusted in the 3mf file for optimal printing results
• Supports are enabled to cleanly print the critical areas at the connectors

• The model is designed exclusively for Noctua fans with 92x92x25 mm. Other fan sizes or brands are not compatible without modification.
