Tuning parts for MPX EasyGlider (electric)

ESC Mounting:

• The mount for the electronic speed controller (ESC) is designed specifically for the MULTIcont BL-27/II from Multiplex.
• The small holes in the ESC mount are intended for cable ties (zip ties) up to 2.5 mm wide. These serve as strain relief for the cables.

Cable Ducts:

• The cable ducts are just large enough for the individual pins of the servo connection cables to pass through.
• To do this, you’ll need to carefully remove the connector shell. Use a needle to push out the individual contacts without damaging them.
• Important: Print the cable ducts vertically. If you print them horizontally, the top layers may sag slightly (due to overhangs), and the cables may no longer fit properly.
• The cable ducts are required to guide the servo cables reliably so that they can be used with a fuselage cable feed-through.

Aileron Cover (Mirroring for Opposite Wing):

• To use the aileron cover on the opposite wing, mirror the part in your slicer before printing.
• The aileron servo covers can be mounted to the wing using M2 brass threaded inserts.

Battery Rail:

• The battery rail is attached to the underside of the battery using double-sided tape.
• It serves as a guide to help align and secure the battery in place during installation.
