This clip is an original design based on the MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) system

Updates:

1. Added a vertical version

2. Optimized the convenience of elastic cord installation

3. Widened the opening width for MOLLE webbing insertion

Application scenarios:
This clip provides a secure and reliable solution for firmly attaching various small equipment and accessories (such as tactical flashlights, folding knives, umbrellas, multi-tools, tactical pens, etc.) to: military and tactical gear (vests, backpacks, pouches), outdoor sports backpacks, or other carriers equipped with standard 25mm (1 inch) MOLLE/PALS webbing

Core functions:
Quick release and attachment mechanism: Features an efficient locking design, allowing for instant, one-handed attachment and detachment.
Sliding quick length adjustment: The multi-segment elastic cord locking structure allows users to easily and continuously adjust the effective securing length of the clip according to the size of the item and securing needs

Key advantages:

Easy to print: The entire model requires no support structures, facilitating quick removal and batch printing.
High-strength securing: The dual upper and lower snap-point locking mechanism ensures that items remain securely attached even during strenuous activity or in harsh environments.
Wide compatibility: Perfectly compatible with MIL-STD compliant MOLLE/PALS webbing systems.
Convenient operation: Installation, detachment, and length adjustment can all be done with one hand, improving equipment deployment efficiency

Note:

1. An additional 3mm elastic cord is required, with its length depending on actual needs.

2. It is recommended to use PETG or a filament with higher strength and durability; a textured PEI build plate is also recommended.

3. It is recommended to heat-treat the bottom of the clip base's suspended beam with a lighter to achieve higher strength and a smoother quick-release/quick-attach feel.

Method of operation: First, briefly scorch the bottom of the beam with a flame; at this point, the PETG material will show bubbles due to high-temperature scorching. Then remove the flame, allow it to cool briefly for 3 seconds, then scorch the bubbly areas again with the flame until the bubbles disappear. Turn off the lighter, and you will get a smooth and flat beam bottom surface.

4. After knotting the elastic cord ends, it is recommended to heat-seal them. Alternatively, you can choose and install your preferred cord end caps.
