Description
Rafale reproduction. The Dassault Rafale is a French multi-role fighter aircraft produced by Dassault Aviation. It features a delta wing and canard fins, has a pair of Snecma M88-2 turbofan engines mounted in the tail section, and a single wide fin. It was designed for use by both the French Air Force and Naval Aviation as an embarked aircraft, hence the term omnirole used by Dassault Aviation to define the aircraft. It is also intended for export, and many foreign countries have shown interest in the Rafale, including India which in 2012 entered into exclusive negotiations with Dassault Aviation for the purchase of 126 aircraft worth around 12 billion dollars .
