Description

This 3D-printed wasp trap is a simple yet effective way to reduce wasp problems in your backyard or garden. Designed to be screwed on standard plastic bottle, the wide funnel and hex-pattern openings allow wasps to enter easily but make it hard for them to escape.

Just add a sweet bait like juice, soda, or sugar water to the bottle, twist trap head on, and set it outside away from gathering areas. Works great near trash bins, patios, or anywhere wasps tend to gather.

Strength Issue:Several attempts to print resulted in the same broken area. I don't think it will affect usability but it does affect appearance.

The problem is your filament, not the profile or the model

I printed several other things with this exact roll yesterday. And it's always in the same area. I'll check my z calibration to make sure it's not striking it on the way by, but I'm skeptical it's filament I've used a ton without problems.

Silk filament, very poor interlayer adhesion, I also believe it is due to the filament

The issues don't come from the print itself, it's the utility. it's so open it allows the insects to easily exit as well as any fluid to spill when this falls over.

Nice print, despite being slightly too big for EU PET bottles, it fits good enough to do its job. Thx for publishing the 3D Model.

that's weird. It works on almost every 0,5l bottle in Poland.

It's a bit too large; you should try again by reducing the scale Others have also noted this I resolved the issue by wrapping two turns of tape around the bottle's thread
