Description

Note: This listing is for the enclosure only. You’ll need to provide your own drivers, amplifier module, battery, and supporting electronics.

This is a compact, punchy Bluetooth speaker enclosure designed around the Dayton Audio ND65 series, delivering impressive sound from a small form factor. It’s a clean, minimalist design—great for anyone wanting a fun portable project using quality components.

The enclosure is built to house:

  • 2x Dayton Audio ND65-4 drivers
  • 4x Dayton Audio ND65-PR passive radiators

The passive radiators are mounted at the rear and sides for enhanced low-end performance. The drivers sit up front in a sleek panel with decorative M5 cap screw holes to mimic a machined industrial look (optional cosmetic only).

Assembly notes:

  • Requires 8x M3 x 50mm bolts with threaded inserts for base attachment.
  • Internal cavity sized for 1x 18650 Li-ion cell (with snap-in battery clips), SPST switch, and 3x LED indicators.
  • Supports compact BT amplifier modules, including QCC3003 or CSR-based 5V units, with space for an optional voltage step-up module if required.

Designed for efficiency, portability, and a clean desk-ready aesthetic—ideal for those who want a compact speaker without compromising on sound quality.
