Smartphone/Tablet Stand

This is a desk accessory designed to securely hold both smartphones and tablets. It consists of a clamp-style structure that firmly attaches to the edge of a surface, such as a desk or table, using a pressure screw with a knurled knob that ensures a stable grip without damaging the surface (Fig.1). Supports phones and tablets up to 15 mm thick.

Main Components:

• Lower Clamp:
  Features a threaded screw with an ergonomic head that allows the stand to be easily tightened to the edge of the table. The inner part of the clamp is contoured to grip surfaces of medium to high thickness.
• Fixed Vertical Arm:
  Extends vertically from the clamp and has a slightly inclined front surface (15°) with horizontal ridges to improve device grip.
• 360° Rotation:
  One of the key features of the stand is the ability to rotate the device holder 360°, allowing for quick adjustments between vertical (portrait) and horizontal (landscape) orientations, as shown in the two images at the top left.

Design and Materials:

The stand is entirely made of PLA. The surfaces that come into contact with the devices are shaped and grooved to improve grip. The design is minimal yet functional, aimed at ensuring stability, universal compatibility, and ease of use.
