The original air intake duct's inner angle, rather than a curve, hinders airflow to the engine. Therefore, I designed this smooth duct to optimize airflow. A comparable duct is available online from Vauhti Varikko for €75.

 

Printing in PETG, or preferably ABS, is recommended for optimal stability and temperature resistance.

As shown in the image on the print bed, I aimed for minimal support structures. This worked well with PETG; however, for ABS, I recommend increasing the support overhang angle to 45 degrees for enhanced stability to prevent detachment near the end of the print.
