Kress/Worx Robotic Lawn Mower • Spacer Washer for Front Wheel Suspension (KR172E | WR165E etc.)
It raises the front wheel back to its original height, provided that the lower washers have already been worn down by the material.
Short description
A positive-locking spacer washer that is inserted into the top of the front wheel's rotary housing. It prevents the wheel from compressing too far and the robotic lawn mower from bottoming out on uneven terrain or digging holes.
Additional information: The washer reduces the suspension travel in the front wheel housing. However, this requires that the rotary bearing pressed onto the wheel axle holds. This is the case with mine. And I could not move it even with light blows from a small hammer.

Assembly
- Remove the front wheel (quick-release).
- Open the original rotary housing.
- Insert the spacer washer flush at the top.
- Reinstall the front wheel – done.
