📦 Contents:
This set includes 5 different versions of rotary motion transfer/mounting components, designed for shafts and an M4 locking screw.
Each model features a dedicated hole allowing direct thread cutting with an M4 screw — no inserts or nuts required.

 

⚙️ Common Features:

Height of all models: 30 mm

Hole for M4 screw with self-threading tolerance – ⌀3.2 mm

Assembly clearance: +0.1 mm (optimized for FDM 3D printing)

🖨️ Printing Recommendations:

Wall lines: 4

Material: PLA / PETG / ABS

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: ≥ 30%

No supports needed (all models are support-free)

 

📝 Notes:

After printing, screw the M4 bolt directly into the hole – PLA and PETG hold threads well.

If needed, lightly sand shaft holes for a perfect fit.

Models can be scaled in the Z-axis for custom heights.

Designed for manual assembly – no glue or extra hardware required.
