Description: This is a convenient, card-type pipe gauge designed for quick and easy identification of pipe nominal sizes based on JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) A-designation (DN). It covers common pipe sizes from 8A to 80A
Measuring just 85 x 55 mm and incredibly thin at 0.6 mm, this gauge is designed to be highly portable and fits perfectly in a wallet or tool pouch. While providing approximate identification, its practical design allows users to rapidly determine pipe sizes on-site
This efficient design also means it requires only about 5g of filament to print, making it a very cost-effective and accessible tool for anyone needing a quick reference for pipe dimensions
Important Note: We also offer a sister model designed specifically for NPS (Inch) pipe sizes. Please ensure you select the correct gauge that matches the pipe standard you intend to measure to avoid inaccuracies
Printing Recommendations:
- Material: PLA, PETG (for durability)
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Layer Height: 0.2mm (or finer for smoother curves)
- Color: For the two-tone appearance shown in the photos (black gauge with white markings), using a multi-color printing system (e.g., Bambu Lab's AMS) or performing manual filament changes is highly recommended to achieve clear, contrasting markings. Printing in a single color is also an option
