Pasta Playset: Pasta Sauce Jar

This is my Pasta Sauce Jar that is part of my Pasta Playset Collection 🥫 As I was designing this playset, I knew I wanted  ‘pasta sauce’ but wasn't sure how I was going to design it. But then as I was looking at my pile of filament waste or ‘poop’ while printing the Tomato Twist Fidget, I thought “there's my sauce” 😂. Reusing it required no designing on my part and seemed like a fun way to repurpose it. I printed the jar in translucent PETG so you could see the color of the filament pieces on the inside and then designed a screw-top lid and label to finish it off:)

Layer Height 0.2mm

PLA and PETG work great (I used translucent PETG for the jar and Basic (Gray) PLA for the lid and Matte (Red) PLA for the label)

15% Infill 

No supports needed

I’ve included a 3mf file for multi-color printers with the following print profiles:

Print Plate #1(Jar): one color

Print Plate #2 (lid): one color

Print Plate #3 (label): one color, no supports or brim needed

To assemble, use superglue to glue the label onto the corresponding area on the jar. Then fill the jar with any color filament waste (or ‘poop’ - which isn't as appetizing to say 🤭) you would like. I went with a traditional Marinara sauce, but feel free to do Alfredo, Pesto or rainbow sauce 🌈
