A1 Enclosure - European Standard 1515 Aluminum Profile Door Panel Hinge - Includes 2 M3*10 Cup Head Screws + 5.4mm Thick 1.8mm Hexagonal Thin Nuts

Enclosing with 1515 European standard aluminum profiles A1, 5.2 yuan/meter. Strength and price are both reasonable. Suitable 1515L aluminum profile accessories weren't found on MW, so I've created a series, printable in PETG/PLA, both materials provide sufficient strength.

Application scenario: European standard 1515 aluminum profile with a 3mm acrylic panel overlaid externally. The acrylic panel's length and width should exceed the internal rectangle of the aluminum profile by 1cm (5mm overlap on each side).

Currently, I have door hinges, M-shaped pressure plates; L-shaped pressure plates; I-shaped pressure plates; 1515 end caps; foot pads; and slides with integrated thin M3 nuts for 1515 profiles, all of which will be shared on my profile.

Shopping List:

1、M3 hex nuts, thin type 1.8~2mm thick, 5.4mm across flats, 8 pieces

2、M3*10mm socket head cap screws, 8 pieces

Processing Instructions:

Diagram showing acrylic panel spacing and hole locations. The 3.6mm diameter hole can be modified to 3.3mm.

Note: The shaded area indicates the 5mm width of the acrylic panel overlapping the aluminum profile (aluminum profile has a 4mm wide, 1mm thick adhesive silicone strip for sealing). The shaded area does not need to be drawn when submitting to the processing vendor.
