ASR1/3/4/PRO Quest 3 Mount Flat Face Compatible

This is a custom 3D printable mount for the Meta Quest 3, designed to hang the headset securely on the uprights of your Advanced Sim Racing rig. It wraps neatly around the Gen 2 flat-face aluminum extrusion, providing a clean and stable attachment point. An additional variant called Open Face is included and designed to work with any brand of 2-slot aluminum extrusion using just two mounting holes.

Three options are included to match your rig:

• ASR3 – fits 3" wide uprights compatible with ASR1 or ASR3
• ASR4 – fits 4.5" wide uprights compatible with ASR4 or ASR PRO
• Open Face – fits any 2-slot extrusion

The holder is form-fitted from a 3D scan of the Quest 3, allowing for a snug fit around the facial interface. A built-in nose rest helps reduce long-term pressure on the headset’s foam padding, preventing unnecessary wear while docked. I printed mine in PLA you can use PTEG for extra strength and longevity if needed. 

The design is optimized for strength in the print orientation and requires no supports. The included .3mf files are pre-oriented for best results.
