Is this model clockwise?

Counterclockwise when viewed from the front, as propellers usually are. You can mirror the model in the slicer if you need it the other way.

Make sure to mirror with the Z plane and then flip the part upside down.

does it fit on the 1220mm ranger from fms? I’m also thinking of buying the pa-18 1300mm, does it work on that?

Don't have those specific planes so can't say, but as long as you have the proper 8mm adapter and the size is rated for the aircraft, it should work.

I use Onshape to create them, basically by lofting airfoils in the desired shape.

I am thinking of trying to fit this with my FMS pa18 1700mm Rc plane, do you think this will fit? the hole diameter on the factory prop is 5mm I think.

The motor shaft is 5mm but the prop adapters are usually 8mm which fits this.
