Description

With these two files, you can create your own cover made of PLA and TPU.

Tested only on Kobra S1.

ACE On

Start by printing the file named "first print" and make sure there is a pause at layer 6.

When the pause begins, stop the print and remember to set the bed temperature to 70°C.

ACE Off

With the print still on the bed, start printing the second file, inserting the mono filament from the back of the printer.

Make sure supports are enabled and set to expand by only one layer during this step.

Let the print finish, and you'll have your phone cover ready!

This is a cover for an Oppo Reno11F.

In the coming days, I’ll be publishing other models.

what tpu and pla best ? i want to print a patch with writing/logo on it thats sharp crisp not spongy writing or ugly. is 90A or 95A for base tpu plate and then pla for writing and logo good idea? OR 90 a fpr patch base and 95 for writing logo possible ? i got a top down spool holder for tpu but dont know how really to make it with 2 tpu´s or tpu+pla. the patch will be glued to velcro and supposed to wear on a jacket . would really appreciate tip or help . maybe designing a base plate that can be size scaled and logo or writing that can be replaed with its own design/words would be super dope and i didnt see it yet anywhere else for kobra ss1

in my design I used a pla (printed with ams) and a tpu 95 as a base. in my opinion it doesn't work with tpu because the logic is that the nozzle touches something solid and sets the height at the base of the first print. I advise you to try using a pla as a base and any tpu as a second print.
