Description
I wanted to experiment with Bambu's AMS compatible TPU and got inspired by a flexible wooden restaurant bill box. The box used accordion slices to make the wood flexible. I copied the idea but used solid TPU for the first few layers of the covers to create a seamless notebook-like look that bends to open. The plain box felt a bit dull, so I added holders for up to 8 Nintendo Switch or Switch 2 game cards, making it a practical and compact storage solution. It's slightly smaller than a standard Switch game box buta bit thicker. The rest of the box is printed in PETG for durability.
Assembly Notes:
Pegs: The pegs connecting the two sides are a very tight fit. Press each peg in gradually, alternating sides. You will feel small clicks as the layers slide past. You’ll get a satisfying snap when the internal clip locks in.
- Magnets: Uses 6x1mm (mine were actually .8mm) magnets to keep the cover closed. They press into place easily.
