Very nice model, and printed great. I used ABS-GF for all the colors on an H2D. 12oz soda can fits perfectly. The small hole in the bottom is a nice touch for air displacement. I did change the profile to 0.16 layer height "balanced" profile setting, otherwise left the source profile changes in place. I thought 0.16 turned out great with ABS-GF, which I think is a bit easier and precise printing that PETG (all the stars).

looks amazing with ABS-GF. almost looks like foam. PETG definitely isn’t the most ideal choice, but it’s all I had in these colors! Glad to see 0.16 works well! thanks for the boost and for sharing your print! feel free to add the print profile! I wanted to add more but haven’t tested any different ones yet

This is a very long print but well worth it. The first one I printed with default settings, the second I printed with a .4 purge multiplier. Saved a TON of wasted filament and cut down the overall print time dramatically! I can't tell the difference between them either, so the reduced purge didn't affect the colors at all. Edit: These were printed in Jayo blue/red and GiantArm white PETG

can you upload as a print profile. I actually forgot to mess with the purge settings because my H2D has so much less waste!

That definitely wasn't intended as a criticism of your model! Just something for future printers to think about :)

no offense taken! it wasn’t until your comment that I remembered I didn’t mess with the purge settings. I most likely have it way too high. If you still have your settings, or know what you used, add that profile.

Couldn’t reply to you on FB but did you get this white vertical line on your base model? I modified your size to 12oz Slim Can (2.53”x2.53”x5.12”) and everything looks right except for the white streak. Also; 1D 5Hrs is gonna be CRAY!

That white streak is just the seam line showing where the layer starts basically. its not an actual color in the print. if you look in your photo, theres a green check next to "seams". Uncheck that box and the line will go away.

that is just the seam. should follow the colors of the stripes.

1st successful PETG print, sunlu 40 buck 4 pack….. a bit of a risk being 33 hours of printing but came out fantastic with stock sunlu PETG setting.

This is 5 star rating. Printer had an issue so it stopped. I made a drip tray for it and my wife put a plant in it.
