Description
It is a replica of the 1950’s era machine that was commonly seen. These machine where often branded with either the Star design or the Veri Vend branding. During that era the candy would have cost you 5 cents and would have been a full bar. This machine was designed to use the snack sized candy bars that can be found at local retailers such as Wal-Mart or Target stores. It also has a display window on the front cover that allows a single bar to be displayed so you can tempt yourself or friends in to purchasing a bar. The design is meant to allow for bar dimensions of up to 87mm x 32mm x 20mm. Its capable of hold a 12 bar package with extra room to spare in the magazine. The machine will only dependence candy if a U.S. quarter, or similar sized object, is inserted into the coin slot located on the right side of the unit.
Yes earlier I mentioned that the original machines only cost 5 cents per bar but then I tell you that this machine cost 25 cents, so what gives? Simple the cost of a 12 pack of the snack sized bars near me is about 3 dollars so with 12 bars in the machine you should be able to keep your machine replenished!
