Shimano i-spec EV to Matchmaker control (Left)
Print Profile(1)

Description
Shimano i-Spec EV to Matchmaker adapter, useful if you wish to use a matchmaker interface dropper lever with your Shimano 6100, 7100, 8100 or 9100 brakes. This model is set up for left-side but you can probably mirror it for the right-side if you needed to for some reason? Also included is the model for Shimano i-spec EV Integration nut.
These objects have been designed to use normal M5x0.8 rotor bolts which if you are a mountain biker, you probably have more than a few spare!
This is my first CAD attempt in 30 years, I'm also only a few weeks into this 3D printing hobby, that aside, I still wanted to produce something of usable quality!
I went through quite a few design iterations and quite a bit of destructive testing to get to my version 1 release, although I'm sure it could be improved upon further!

Destruction Testing
I've designed the model and the print profile to provide as much strength I felt was needed in PETG and PETG-CF but I highly recommend you only use a chambered printer (P1S and X1C were tested), allow the object to cool slowly in the chamber once printed, remove supports then anneal the objects for 60 minutes at 85C. (I have tweaked the filament profiles as well to print at a slightly higher temperature).
I have tested the objects in both Sunlu PETG and Bambulabs PETG-CF, in terms of strength, the bracket works well in both but the integration nut really benefits from PETG-CF. (Although if you want to try the integration nut in PETG, feel free, it didn't do too badly in tests).
