Description

A knife for DIY enthusiasts. After printing, it is necessary to break off the support from the front of the knife. Be careful when using the retractable blade, it's easy to get injured.

Hello! I remixed the model to remove the closed off tab which prevents the blade from protruding, along with PETG profile. I would like to upload the remix and link it to your model here, but you have Standard Digital File license which prevents upload of remixes. Would you be open to switching to a better license so I can upload this improvement?

The model is nice and useful, but it needs some size adjustment

A wonderful and stylish product, very useful and more than met my needs. Thanks to the designer, I wish you continued success. My Creality K1C 0.4 mm nozzle printer, Nanelab Hyper PLA orange, 0.12 mm layer height stock settings.

Supplied print has two issues - blade is physically prevented from exiting the holder by a solid piece of plastic, and the thumb slider with detents is too tight to move the blade at all without significant effort. I resolved the second issue by using a knife to shave off thin portions of the upper angled bearing surface, and corners off the slider's detents - this allowed the blade to slide as expected with less effort, while still retaining secure snapping to position.

Very good, but the slider was a bit tight, so I lowered it
