Description

Here is my version of Sponge Bob Sponge Holder.

It is printed in parts so you can easily print multicolor and avoid painting.

And better of all - it is free!

Printed with no supports.

Please report any issues.

The main body printed with a color change, I made the place very visible.

If you have trouble inserting the belt - cut it exactly in the middle and insert from both sides.

TIP: You can bend the legs using some hot water or hot air( heir dryer or hot air gun).

Very nice print and useful for my daughter. I added a face from another print, but don't have a yellow sponge so a blue one will have to do. Thanks for the .stl file.

I had to do a google search for another 'spongebob sponge holder stl' and used the face from that one. This one had a better bottom.

Updated Body Painting, less filament changes, faster print

Phenomenal! All the parts came out with the desired finish. Everything fit together as it should and the tolerances were tight enough that I could dry-fit everything easily but still had the friction to stay together. I just wish I would’ve added some sock coloring.

Apologies for the dirty sponge. Great model. Has survived a lot of use amd I can confidently recommend it. make sure to be gentle and glue carefully.

Looks great, I need a different yellow though :-) I printed this with a modified profile which I will upload shortly, redid the painting so it wouldn’t take 10 hours with an AMS. if you have 2 AMS or did a quick filament change you could get this down to 1 plate but I did it in 2.
