Headset strengthener

My PLT Backbeat Go 810, which I have used for countless of hours started cracking up and getting loose on the top. Probably because I didnt take well care of it. 

I decided to make a 3d model which i could put on top to enforce/strengthen it, and it worked like a charm. No need for glue or anything. I just slided it in place and saved myself from buying a new headphone. 

This model probably works for other headphones, and with modifications it could be suited for even more.

Outer width measures 37 mm and the inner is 33 mm.
