This jig uses the silicone ring from the tumbler lid to hold the cup securely in place (see last photo) - no tape, shims, or extra tools needed. Just pop the ring off any lid and onto the jig, slide on the tumbler, and you're ready to go. 

I was unhappy with other models online, either too tight or they cracked in the jig because the walls were too thin. So I decided to make one myself. Future plan to expand this jig to other tumbler sizes. 

Have not personally confirmed that this jig works with other 20oz tumblers in like Yeti, etc. 

The ability to rapidly add/remove tumblers to the jig saves significant time for bulk production. The jig also centers the cup perfectly every time and keeps it from slipping while engraving, so your designs come out clean and consistent.
