Description

This is a compact plastic pry tool (spudger) designed for electronics disassembly and repair. It's ideal for safely opening phone, tablet, or laptop housings without scratching or damaging internal components. The tapered tip is optimized for sliding into tight seams, while the handle offers a comfortable grip.

The model is optimized for FDM 3D printing. For best results, print in PLA or PETG with 100% infill. Variable Layer Height (Adaptive Mode) with a minimum of 0.02  is recommended to improve surface finish and tip precision.

Exactly what I needed to help remove the silicone gasket from my Bialetti Moka pot! The rounded tip Helped to prevent any damage to the gasket. Thank you!

Yeah, that’s the idea. Using a plastic tool reduces the risk of scratching or chipping parts when you pry them apart. I usually print small helpers like this with leftover filament.

Thanks so much for this model. It came in really handy when I was doing a repair for a Nintendo Switch Lite. It really helped to get underneath the battery and break away the adhesive!

needed some polishing sticks with this geometry. i resized as needed and printed out of 72d tpu. works wonderful 👍
