A miniature surfboard with embossed palms and fin. No metal parts needed—the 3D-printed body itself acts as the lever, using its curved shape to pry off bottle caps.
🛠️ Print settings
- 0.4 mm nozzle | 0.20 mm layers (0.12 mm for finer ridges)
- Material: PLA or PETG (PETG is tougher for beach bags and heat)
- No supports needed
- 15 % infill overall, 100 % in the lever zone for extra strength
- Model is fully scalable with no loss of detail
